I’m still not sure what your argument is. The information you provide would work well in an informative essay, but what you need to do is to argue either for or against Ritalin in a certain situation. Should Ritalin be given to children? I need to know what your argument is and I’m not getting this from the paragraphs you have submitted.

Choose one of the two groups as your audience; do you want to address the paper to parents of children with ADHD who have specific concerns about their children or to the adults with ADHD who have specific concerns for themselves?

One thing that confused me is that you said steroids are good for athletes. Are they really? Because they are illegal, arent they? I think the topic you have chosen is really good because it is happening a lot now. I think you should decide on an audience, and also I think it would be interesting to know how long it takes for the drug to affect you and what it actually does.

At the moment, your topic is not argumentative. Steroids are already available only through doctors, though some sports doctors abuse this privilege. Many of the steroids seen in today’s world are obtained illegally. If you want to continue with the idea of steroids as an argumentative topic, you need to adjust your focus (for example, arguing that the image the media presents of a perfect body has led to the abuse of steroids in a specific group of people (say, college athletes) would be a much better topic. If you’re still confused, come see me and we’ll work on your topic.

I wanted you to create a complete list of controversial issues that you might be interested in pursuing for your essay. The topic does not have to be a specific disorder, but a controversy.

And again, you need to be including more information in your blogs.

Actually its illegal to uplaod music over youtube as it is copyrighted. Napster charges you for using it. I don’t thing listening is illegal because it is the site who provided it.
